Climate
The city of Delhi sees a version of a humid
subtropical climate. The summers can be extremely hot followed by periods
of torrential rains brought on by the monsoon season. In addition, early
March sees a hot wind which brings sand to the city and is called a loo.
January is also known for its heavy fog. The annual mean temperature is
25 degrees Celsius. Monthly temperatures will range from 13 to 32
degrees. The city sees an average rainfall of 714 millimeters most of
which falls with the monsoon in July and August.
