Climate
Situated on the Gulf of Oman, Fujairah
experiences a semi-arid climate with a wide diurnal range. The city also
sees very limited rainfall, warm summers and high humidity levels. Thanks
to the moderating effects of the nearby waters, the winters are also
mild. The warmest weather is seen in June with average afternoon highs of
38 degrees Celsius. June also sees humidity levels of 96%. January
is the coolest month of the year with average highs of 23 degrees and average
overnight lows of 18 degrees. Most of the city’s precipitation will come
from December through February.
