Getting around Turkey is as easy as picking
your choice of transportation.
Road signs are now available in English and
the road conditions are in far better than in years past, so driving is a good
option. You can rent a car from many of the most common car rental
companies.
Bus travel is available as a public
transit, mini buses, minivan, and long distance buses. Fairs seldom
exceed $3.05, but make sure you have an alternate mode of transport back to
your hotel if you plan on staying out late.
The best way to get around Turkey is by
train. The train system in Turkey is quite comprehensive and very inexpensive,
plus you can always grab a bunk in the sleeper car to catch up on some rest.
