One of San Antonio’s most relaxing and varied recreational areas, Brackenridge Park has something for everyone. On land there is golfing, fishing, hiking, bird watching, train rides, baseball and the Japanese Tea Gardens.  On the lake there is paddle boating and fishing. Brackenridge Park has been a gather place since prehistoric times with evidence of human life here going back more than 100,000 years with Native American Artifact found that are thousands of years old.
